I’m currently jobless, and living abroad in Central America with my boyfriend. I need health insurance for emergencies and general health care. The plan I had was too expensive and I am desperate for a sense of security in case something happens. Also, I have been struggling with some more minor health issues and need to be able to see an American MD when I am home in the states. Please advise.
