Attorneys and lawsuits are not solely responsible for driving up the cost of our health care.
Right now we spend close to 20% of our GDP on health care, that is unacceptable. And it’s not all from lawsuits, attorneys, etc. Tort reform would really do nothing.
Universal health care would focus on preventative medicine and allow everyone to have access to quality health care and affordable prescription drugs.
