I came across with this “health care seekers” when I was reading a medical journal. However, I am not quite sure what it means when they say “health care seekers”. Does it mean people who are interested in keeping their health fit? or Does it mean people who are trying to go to hospital to get medical check-up? or Does it mean who are already getting treatments?Also what does it mean by non health care seekers? I would really appreciate it if you could please answer my question. thanks for your help.
