Ted and the healthcare reformers often point out that most of your health care costs occur in the last 18 months of life. Would a death panel (or rationing entity) have authorized Ted’s travel to and from Duke, surgery there, etc.? Is this level of care going to be possible for all 300 million of us under Ted’s plan?
